MCP.Pizza Chef: saigontechnology

AgentCrew is a desktop and terminal chat app where you set up several assistants — an architect, a coder, a reviewer, a researcher — and pass work between them by typing @name, with each one picking up the full history. Any of them can be given web search, file editing, a real browser, shell commands, memory, or MCP add-ons. The app itself is free, but you bring the brain: a paid key, an existing ChatGPT or Copilot subscription, or a model running on your own machine.

Why AgentCrew?

AgentCrew lets you build a team of specialists, each with the right tools and personality for the job.

  • An Architect that weighs trade-offs before a line of code is written.
  • A Coder that implements cleanly — no scope creep, no over-engineering.
  • A Reviewer that catches what others miss.
  • A Researcher that cross-references multiple sources before drawing conclusions.
  • A Browser Operator that navigates web apps, fills forms, and clicks through workflows.

Agents hand off work to each other when a task needs a different specialty. You stay in control, orchestrating the team from one interface.

When AgentCrew fits: You have a complex task that benefits from multiple perspectives — building a feature from design to deployment, researching and writing a report, or automating a multi-step workflow.

When a single assistant is enough: You need one focused conversation with no tool access or multi-agent orchestration.

AgentCrew FAQ

Do I have to pay for an AI model?
In some form, yes. The app is free but needs a provider behind it: a paid key, an existing ChatGPT Plus or GitHub Copilot subscription, or a free model running locally.
Can I use this to put several assistants on one job?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Type @Reviewer or @Coder and the next assistant takes over with the full conversation and its own set of tools.
Does it work with MCP add-ons?
Yes. MCP tools are one of the tool types you switch on per assistant, alongside file editing, browsing, memory, and shell commands.
How hard is the setup?
This one is for people comfortable in a terminal. You run an install command, edit a settings file, and answer prompts to create each assistant.
Is it safe to let loose on my computer?
Be deliberate. Assistants can be granted permission to edit files and run shell commands, so switch on only the tools each one genuinely needs.
Are there extra accounts to sign up for?
A few tools need their own: web search runs through Tavily, and speaking and listening runs through ElevenLabs or DeepInfra.
Does it run on Windows?
Yes. There is an install command for Windows as well as Mac and Linux, plus a plain Python install that works anywhere.
