Kelivo is its own standalone chat app rather than a plug-in for another program. You can download and use it on Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS, and Linux, with your conversations available the same way on each.
Do I need to pay for Kelivo itself?
No — Kelivo is free and open-source. You only pay separately for usage of whichever AI provider you connect, such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic's Claude, based on that provider's own pricing.
Do I need an account or a special key to start chatting?
Yes. Kelivo doesn't include AI access on its own — you sign up with a provider like OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic and enter your own account details inside the app's settings.
