MCP.Pizza Chef: ConardLi

This is the other half of the picture: rather than adding tools to an assistant you already use, it is a small chat program you run yourself, which starts one tool server and talks to it through a paid model provider you supply. Everything is in Chinese, from the menus to the error messages. Free local models are explicitly unsupported, it can only reach servers running on your own machine, and it runs whatever tool the model picks without pausing to ask you.

README

mcp-client-nodejs FAQ

Is this something I add to Claude or Cursor?
No, it works the other way round. It is its own chat program you launch from a terminal, and it starts a tool server for you.
Do I need to pay for anything?
Yes. It needs a key for a paid model provider, and the project states plainly that free local models are not supported.
Is it in English?
No. The instructions, the on-screen prompts, and the error messages are all in Chinese.
Will it ask before running a tool?
No. Whatever the model decides to call runs immediately, including anything that writes or deletes, so only point it at servers you trust.
Can it connect to a hosted service on the internet?
No. It only starts programs on your own computer, so anything hosted online is out of reach.
Can I connect several servers at once?
No. You choose one per session, even if your settings file lists many.
Where does my conversation end up?
Every request, reply, tool call, and result is written to plain files in a logs folder on your disk, and that folder is emptied each time it starts.
Is it still maintained?
The last change was April 2025, over a year ago, and it has stayed on the same released version since.
