MCP.Pizza Chef: Othmane-Khadri

Sales and marketing people use YALC to research a company, build a target list, write LinkedIn and email sequences, and see which version got more replies — driven from the command line or from the chat panel in Cursor or VS Code. It keeps what worked in past campaigns and reuses it. Setup asks for your website address and drafts a first plan for you to approve; an Anthropic key unlocks the writing and qualifying steps, and sending needs an account with a provider.

YALC — The Open-Source GTM Operating System

CI npm version TypeScript License: MIT Node

AI plans your campaigns, qualifies your leads, and learns from every interaction.

YALC is an open-source, AI-native operating system for running any GTM campaign. CLI-first. Intelligence compounds from every interaction.

Quick start

Node.js 20 or higher required (nodejs.org).

Option A — Drive YALC from your IDE (recommended)

Open this repo in Cursor or VS Code with the Claude Code extension installed. In the chat panel, paste this repo URL or just say "let's start". Claude will introduce YALC, check your prerequisites, and walk you through setup.

Option B — Use the CLI directly

npm i -g yalc-gtm-os
yalc-gtm start

That is the whole installation. The start command writes its config to ~/.gtm-os/, asks for your company website URL, then opens the browser at /setup/review so you can confirm the inferred framework. No long terminal interview by default.

YALC is a CLI; there's no public Node API to import.

YALC-the-GTM-operating-system FAQ

Do I need a key?
An Anthropic key powers the planning and writing steps, though inside Claude Code the session you are already in covers it. Sending needs an account with an email or LinkedIn provider.
Can I use this to run a cold email campaign?
Yes — it creates the campaign, checks each message before it goes out, and reports on what came back.
Where does it run?
On your own computer as a command-line tool, with a local dashboard that opens in your browser. There is no hosted version.
Is it free?
The project itself is open source under an MIT licence; the outside services it connects to have their own costs.
How hard is setup?
Install it with npm, run one start command, and answer a single question about your website. Keys go into a settings file.
Which services does it connect to?
Unipile, Crustdata, Firecrawl, Notion, FullEnrich, Instantly, and Anthropic, with drop-in templates for other email providers.
