MCP.Pizza Chef: hyperb1iss

DroidMind lets an assistant drive an Android device over the standard debugging connection: listing devices, taking screenshots, installing or removing apps, reading crash logs, moving files on and off, and tapping or typing on screen. It works in Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Cline. Setting it up is real work, since Python, the uv installer, and Android's debug bridge all need to be on your machine with USB debugging switched on. Nothing is paid. The code has not changed since January 2026.

Control Android devices with AI through the Model Context Protocol

DroidMind is a powerful bridge between AI assistants and Android devices, enabling control, debugging, and system analysis through natural language. By implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP), DroidMind allows AI models to directly interact with Android devices via ADB in a secure, structured way. When used as part of an agentic coding workflow, DroidMind can enable your assistant to build and debug with your device directly in the loop.

droidmind FAQ

Is this project still being updated?
Not recently — the code has had no changes since January 2026. It still runs, and the author does not name a replacement.
Which apps does it work in?
Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, and other apps that support MCP servers.
Do I need a paid account or key?
No. Everything runs on your own machine against a phone you have plugged in.
Can I use this to grab crash logs from my phone?
Yes — it can read crash reports, battery logs, and general system logs on request.
How hard is setup?
Hard for a non-developer. You need Python, the uv installer, Android's debug bridge, and USB debugging turned on for the phone.
Is it safe to let an assistant run commands on my phone?
It rates each command for risk and blocks the most destructive ones by default, but only use it on a device you could reset.
