Yes. It is not archived and the most recent changes, including a delete-email tool and easier installation, arrived in March 2026.
Which email accounts does it work with?
Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com accounts, personal or work. It does not touch Gmail or other providers.
Do I need a paid key?
No paid key, but you do need to register the tool once inside Microsoft's admin portal to create sign-in credentials and approve which permissions it gets.
