agents-radar

MCP.Pizza Chef: duanyytop

Connects your assistant to a service that scans ten places every morning — including GitHub, Hacker News, ArXiv, Hugging Face, and Product Hunt — and compiles what's new in AI tools and research into one digest, in English or Chinese. In Claude Desktop, ask for the newest report, look up a specific day's report, or search past digests for a topic like "Claude Code." The hosted version needs no account or key to connect; running your own copy requires deploying it yourself with API keys for the source services.

agents-radar FAQ

Can I use this to catch up on AI news without hunting through ten different websites?
Yes — it already pulls the latest from GitHub, Hacker News, ArXiv, Hugging Face, Product Hunt, Dev.to, Lobsters, and more, and hands you one digest instead of ten open tabs.
Can I use this to find out what happened in AI on a specific day I missed?
Yes — you can ask for the report from any past date, and you can also search across recent digests for a specific tool or topic.
Which AI assistant apps does this work with?
It's built for Claude Desktop and also documented for OpenClaw. Because it speaks the open Model Context Protocol, it should work with other compatible assistants too, including ones built on Gemini or ChatGPT, as long as the app lets you add a remote connection.
Do I need an account or an API key to use it?
No — connecting to the hosted version just takes pasting a web address into your assistant's settings, with no sign-up or key required. Running your own private copy instead does require setting up API keys for the various sources it pulls from.
How hard is it to set up?
You paste a small snippet into your assistant's configuration file and restart the app. No coding or account creation is needed, though you do need to know where that settings file lives.
Can I read the reports without connecting an AI assistant at all?
Yes — there is a public website with every past digest, an RSS feed you can subscribe to in any feed reader, and a Telegram channel or Feishu group if you'd rather get a daily notification.
Does this only cover English-language sources?
No — every report is published in both English and Chinese, so you can read or search in whichever language you prefer.
Can it tell me about brand-new AI research papers, not just tools and products?
Yes — it checks ArXiv for the newest papers in AI, computational linguistics, and machine learning every day, alongside tool and product news.
