MCP.Pizza Chef: ckanthony

Point it at a documentation file for almost any online service and it produces one tool per operation that documentation lists, with no code written. That includes the operations that create and delete things, so filter those out unless you want an assistant able to use them. Your access token stays with this program and is never handed to the assistant, which is the genuinely useful part. It runs as a Docker container reached at a web address, so your app has to accept that kind of connection.

Generate MCP tool definitions directly from a Swagger/OpenAPI specification file.

OpenAPI-MCP is a dockerized MCP server that reads a swagger.json or openapi.yaml file and generates a corresponding Model Context Protocol (MCP) toolset. This allows MCP-compatible clients like Cursor to interact with APIs described by standard OpenAPI specifications. Now you can enable your AI agent to access any API by simply providing its OpenAPI/Swagger specification - no additional coding required.

openapi-mcp FAQ

Do I need a key or token?
Usually yes, whichever one the service you are connecting requires. You hand it to this program once, and it is never shown to the assistant.
Do I need to write code?
No, but you do need to run Docker and pass a few settings on the command line, so it is not a paste-and-go setup.
Can I use this to connect a service my assistant has never heard of?
Yes, as long as that service publishes a standard documentation file. Both the older and newer formats are understood.
Will it let my assistant delete things?
It can. Every operation in the documentation becomes a tool, including ones that change or delete, unless you use the filters to leave them out.
Which apps does it work in?
Anything that can reach a server at a web address, such as Cursor. Apps that only launch local programs need a small bridge in between.
Is it free?
The program itself is free and open source. Whatever the connected service charges you is a separate matter.
