MCP.Pizza Chef: zeroclaw-labs

Lets you run your own AI assistant on your own computer, so your data stays with you instead of living on someone else's servers. It can talk to you through apps like Discord, Telegram, email, or a simple command line, and can carry out tasks such as checking files, browsing the web, or running approved commands on your behalf. You will need an account and an access key for an AI provider such as OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), or Gemini, and setting it up involves some technical steps.

ZeroClaw is an agent runtime — a single Rust binary you configure and run. It talks to LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama, and ~20 others), reaches the world through 30+ channels (Discord, Telegram, Matrix, email, voice, webhooks, your own CLI), and acts through tools (shell, browser, HTTP, hardware, custom MCP servers). Everything runs on your machine, with your keys, in your workspace.

zeroclaw FAQ

Can I use this to chat with an AI assistant from apps I already use, like Discord or Telegram?
Yes — you can connect it to Discord, Telegram, email, and several other messaging apps, and it will answer you from the same assistant no matter which one you use.
Can I use this to have an assistant that checks in on a schedule?
Yes — you can set up recurring or event-triggered routines, so your assistant can run checks or send updates automatically at times you choose.
Do I need an account or access key to use this?
Yes — you need an account and access key with an AI provider such as OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), Gemini, or a locally-run free option.
How hard is it to set up?
It takes some technical comfort. You install it from the command line and edit a small settings file to tell it which AI provider and apps to connect to, so it is best suited to people who are comfortable following setup instructions.
Does this work with a specific chat app, like Claude Desktop or ChatGPT?
Not exactly — this is a standalone assistant rather than an add-on to another app. You talk to it directly through the messaging apps and command line you connect to it.
Is my data kept private?
Yes — everything runs on your own computer using your own access keys, so your conversations and files are not stored on someone else's server by default.
Can it take actions on my computer, like running commands?
Yes, but carefully — by default it asks for your approval before anything risky, and only proceeds automatically with everyday, low-risk tasks.
